what are some recommended skin care products for black people with hyper-pigmentation and oily skin?
i would like to know of good skin care products for black skin with possible eczema, hyper-pigmentation that is oily. preferably something i could get at like wal-mart.
for your face or body ?
for your body I would use either
hydrocortizone/Eucerin first on my body
and seal in in with Vaseline/Aquaphor .
For your face I recommend
Cetaphil/Purpose cleanser,
Neutrogena Acne Mark Fading Peel
and Eucerin Q10 lotion .
